Marta Migliorati is is Affiliate Research Fellow at the Jacques Delors Centre. She is also Lecturer in European Studies at University of Malta. Before joining the University of Malta she was Max Weber Fellow at the EUI, and postdoc at the Jacques Delors Centre. She holds a PhD in Political Studies from the University of Milan.

Her research interests include EU-level executive and legislative politics, European integration theory, core state powers integration, agencification, bureaucratic behaviour. Her research has been published in The Journal of European Public Policy, Comparative Political Studies, West European Politics, the Journal of Common Market Studies, the Journal of Public Policy, the International Review of Public Policy.
