As Associate Communications at the JDC, Julia works on public relations, digital communications, and event organisation, including the Pariser Platz Dialogue. She previously gained experience in political communications at the Munich Security Conference and the EU Delegation to the United Nations in Geneva and completed internships at the Heinrich Böll Foundation in Paris and the Representation of Rhineland‑Palatinate to the EU in Brussels. Julia studied in Regensburg, Clermont‑Ferrand, and Padua, earning a binational bachelor’s degree in Franco‑German Studies and a master’s degree in European Studies. Besides her native language German, she speaks fluently English and French and has a solid knowledge of Italian and Spanish.
