Dr. Francesco Findeisen is a Policy Fellow for Geoeconomics at the Jacques Delors Centre. Before joining the Centre, he was an Associate Researcher and a Postdoc at Sciences Po Paris’ Centre for European Studies and Comparative Politics. His research and teaching focused on state and subnational capacities for climate and green industrial policy investments in European territories and the governance of housing policy investments in large cities. Francesco holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from Sciences Po Paris. He studied sociology and political sciences at Humboldt University Berlin, New York University, and the London School of Economics.
