In June the Commission presented its proposal for the multi-billion research programme Horizon Europe. The European Parliament and the Council are now called upon to agree on the legislative package before the forthcoming European elections. This blog post explains the priorities of the Commission proposal and the political questions that will be at the centre of the negotiations.
