Lucas Guttenberg, Johannes Hemker, and Sander Tordoir comment on the long-term effects of the recovery fund on eurozone governance.
Whether EU governments agree or disagree – The recovery fund has fundamentally changed eurozone government, and there is no way back. This is what Lucas Guttenberg, Johannes Hemker and Sander Tordoir argue in their latest Policy Brief, reported by the Financial Times. According to the authors, the Recovery and Resilience Facility has created a common Eurozone asset which was unthinkable before.
The Brief was also addressed by the German newspaper Handelsblatt and other media outlets.
