The Polish Constitutional Court postpones its decision on whether the Polish constitution takes precedence over EU law. Policy Fellow Thu Nguyen comments on the implications of the decision.
"This is primarily a problem Poland has, not just a conflict between the Polish government and the EU. Questions of the rule of law, however, are not to be considered nationally in Europe, they are much more fundamental," says Policy Fellow Thu Nguyen in an interview with Die Welt.
