Dr. Nils Redeker ist stellvertretender Direktor des Jacques Delors Centre und verantwortet die Think-Tank-Arbeit des Centres im Bereich europäische Wirtschaftspolitik. Seine eigene Arbeit konzentriert sich auf europäische Fiskal- und Wirtschaftspolitik, auf Reformen der europäischen Economic Governance, und auf die Rolle Deutschlands in der EU. Vor seinem Einstieg in die Think-Tank Welt arbeitete und forschte Nils als Dozent für Politische Ökonomie an der Universität Zürich, als Visiting Fellow am Weatherhead Center for International Affairs der Harvard University, und als externer Berater des deutschen Bundespräsidenten a.D. Horst Köhler. Nils studierte Politikwissenschaften und VWL an der Freien Universität Berlin und der London School of Economics und schrieb seine Doktorarbeit zu makroökonomischen Ungleichgewichten in der Eurozone an der Universität Zürich.

The letter is still vague on what financing could look like. And there is the risk that big MS lose appetite for it once they get laxer state aid rules.
