Brexit. What are the consequences for the EU-budget?

While some implications of Brexit remain unclear, it is obvious that it will have long-term effects on the budget of the European Union. Nevertheless, these consequences will be relatively weak compared to the potential losses national economies are facing. What are the opportunities to balance the budget of the European Union after Brexit and what impact will they have on Germany?
